Iām sure we all agree that there is an inexplicable thrill anytime you put on a watch. One that I first experienced on my 6th bday, when I received an unassuming digital Casio from my dad. On that day, I started a relationship with my watch, and my wrists (yes wrists š) have never been vacant since.
Through the years my watches have taken turns volunteering to steady my nerves in exams, assure me in job interviews, make me feel confident on my wedding day, share my excitement as I waited to be a dad in the delivery room, or most often, just quietly listen to my rants on a bad day as I down a bottle or two.
On Christmas day 2014, I started posting my watches, most of them vintage, with no other intention than to share this passion to anyone who would listen. Vintage Watch Manila was born and the rest as they say, is history.
Most of the watches you see on the page are part of my personal collection, built from many years as an enthusiast and sourced from different watch fora, collector friends and contacts all over the world that I was certainly blessed to make (My wife and kids have gotten used to building our travel plans around watch shops, dealers, and random meetups).
In 2021, with your support and despite the pandemic, we realized our dream of launching our own line of timepieces. With Agimat, Ahon, and Harana , we hope to continue to celebrate our unique relationships with our watches. Thanks for always coming along and we hope you are enjoying the journey as much as we do.
